When they say "life mirrors you", believe it! I was reminded every single day I stepped into the classroom!
If I felt pissed off, sad, or any type of low emotional energy, I noticed how infectiously it would manifest into the classroom environment, in particular the students emotional states.
Taking responsibility for my own energy, emotional state, and perspective was one of the many life lessons I learned being a teacher. Till this day I continue to apply the skills and wisdom into my own teaching and coaching business and life.
